Manuel Ganter cfe583fbc4 feat(collector): add HTTP push for metrics to receiver ... Add push client that sends run summary to a configurable HTTP endpoint on shutdown. Execution context is read from GitHub Actions style environment variables (with Gitea fallbacks).
