Details
feat(collector): add HTTP push for metrics to receiver 
Add push client that sends run summary to a configurable HTTP endpoint
on shutdown. Execution context is read from GitHub Actions style
environment variables (with Gitea fallbacks).

New flag: -push-endpoint <url>
