a50bfb65bb Update Spring Boot release, adding Gradle build and cleanup 
- Update Spring Boot release, Checkstyle, Mysql.
- Formatting pom.xml with sortpom-maven-plugin.
- Rename README to standard file name.
- Adding GitHub Action for Gradle.
